They are trying to improve but still some work to do. The bathroom was newly remodeled and cleaned. The bedding was pretty bad.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this resort. Before booking the tent, I specifically called and asked whether it included a heater because I was traveling with my 6-year-old child. The person I spoke with assured me that the tent had a heater and all the amenities we would need. At $150 per night, I trusted that information and made the reservation. When we arrived around 8:00 p.m., we discovered that the tent had none of the amenities we were promised. There was no heater, and no one was available to help. We spent over an hour searching the property and calling every phone number we could find, but no one answered or responded. With a young child and no safe or comfortable place to stay, we had no choice but to leave and find another hotel, which cost us an additional $200 for the night. This was a complete waste of money and an incredibly stressful experience. What disappoints me the most is not just the lack of amenities, but the misinformation I was given before booking and the complete absence of customer support when we needed it most. Please be honest and transparent about what is actually included with your accommodations. Guests should never have to arrive late at night with their families only to discover they were misled and left without any assistance.

I love that it was just 9 mins up north from Tree of Mystery. It was right off 101 which was very convenient. We got a double queen room. The beds were soft and comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. We got scrambled eggs, bacon, season skillet potatoes, cereal, cinnamon buns, muffins, bagels, milk, and soy milk. The only downfall is there were no fruits. I wish there were some fresh fruit.
